 गणेश चतुर्थी 2023 सनातन परंपरेत भाद्रपद महिन्यातील शुक्ल पक्षातील चतुर्थी तिथीला खूप महत्त्व आहे कारण पौराणिक मान्यतेनुसार रिद्धी-सिद्धी दाता भगवान श्री गणेशाचा जन्म याच दिवशी झाला होता. गणपती बाप्पाच्या पूजेशी संबंधित 10 दिवसांचा गणेश उत्सव या शुभ तिथीपासून सुरू होतो. आद्य पूजनीय मानल्या जाणाऱ्या गणपतीबद्दल अशी समजूत आहे की, त्याची पूजा केल्याने जीवनाशी संबंधित मोठ्या समस्याही डोळ्याच्या झटक्यात दूर होतात. त्यामुळेच महाराष्ट्रासह संपूर्ण भारतात गणेशोत्सव हा पवित्र सण मोठ्या थाटामाटात साजरा केला जातो. गणेश चतुर्थीची पूजा कशी करावी गणेश चतुर्थीच्या दिवशी सकाळी स्नान व ध्यान करून सर्वप्रथम गणेशाचे व्रत ठेवण्याची प्रतिज्ञा घ्यावी व नंतर दुपारी एखाद्या पदरावर लाल वस्त्र किंवा आसन पसरवून गणेशमूर्तीची प्रतिष्ठापना करावी. यानंतर गणपतीला दुर्वा, फुले, फळे, अक्षत, सुपारी, सुपारी इत्यादी अर्पण करून त्याचे आवडते अन्न म्हणजे मोदक अर्पण करून गणपती अथर्वशीर्ष किंवा गणेश चालीसा पाठ करा. शेवटी, श्रीगणेशाची आरती केल्यानंतर, जास्तीत जास्त लोकांना प्रसाद वाटून घ्या आणि स्वतःच सेवन करा. बाप्पाच्या स्...
